Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at rewireinstitute.ai, the member portal, all assessments (including the Foundation Assessment and INSCA), digital programs, group coaching calls, 1:1 coaching sessions, community forums, and all related services provided by Rewire Institute ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Dr. Sarah Choudhary.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Our Services

Rewire Institute provides neuroscience-informed coaching, educational programs, and digital assessments. Our services include:

• Foundation Assessment — a free pattern-identification tool
• INSCA (Integrated Nervous System & Cognitive Assessment) — a deeper diagnostic assessment available within paid programs
• Self-Starter ($19/month) — self-guided modules, daily practices, monthly group Q&A with Dr. Sarah, and community access
• Guided Growth ($99/month) — everything in Self-Starter plus weekly group coaching, full INSCA, and a dedicated coach for monthly 1:1 check-ins
• Deep Transformation ($497/month) — everything in Guided Growth plus weekly 1:1 sessions with a dedicated coach, somatic processing work, custom protocols, and direct voice/text support
• Executive Breakthrough — application-only private engagements, priced and scoped individually

Program features, pricing, and availability may change. We will notify active subscribers of material changes in advance.

4. What We Are — and What We Are Not

Rewire Institute is an educational coaching service. We are not a licensed therapy practice, medical provider, or mental health clinic. Our coaches are trained in the Identity Architect Method™ but are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists unless explicitly stated in their individual credentials.

Our services are designed to complement — not replace — professional medical care, therapy, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition
• Results vary by individual — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after the program
• If our coaches believe your needs exceed the scope of coaching, we may recommend you seek professional therapeutic support

5. Accounts & Access

When you create a portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. Program access is for individual use only and is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a program, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically on your monthly billing date until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@rewireinstitute.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your program until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Upgrading or downgrading

You may change your subscription tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation individually.

Executive Breakthrough

Executive engagements are governed by individual agreements. Payment terms, scope, and refund policies are outlined in your personal engagement letter.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on rewireinstitute.ai and within our programs — including but not limited to the Identity Architect Method™, the Foundation Assessment, the INSCA, all course modules, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, frameworks, assessments, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Rewire Institute and Dr. Sarah Choudhary.

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your own personal development. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share program materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Record, screenshot, or capture group coaching calls or 1:1 sessions without explicit written permission
• Use our frameworks, assessments, or methodologies to create competing products or services
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any program content
• Claim authorship of or remove attribution from our proprietary materials

Your assessment results and personal data belong to you. Our methodologies, frameworks, and content belong to us.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our services — including community forums, group calls, and messaging — you agree to:

• Treat other members, coaches, and staff with respect
• Maintain confidentiality about other members' personal stories and information shared in group settings
• Not use our platforms to harass, bully, discriminate against, or threaten others
• Not share medical advice, diagnose others, or present yourself as a licensed professional within our community
• Not use our services for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our technology platforms

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these standards, with or without refund, at our discretion.

9. Confidentiality & Group Settings

We take confidentiality seriously. Your coaches will not share your personal information, session content, or assessment results outside of the coaching team without your consent, except as required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm.

In group coaching calls and community forums, other participants may hear or see personal information you choose to share. While we require all members to respect confidentiality (see Section 8), we cannot guarantee that other participants will not share information outside the group. Please use your own judgment about what you share in group settings.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of our content for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information or guidance received through our programs
• We are not liable for any actions taken or not taken by other members in group settings

11. Termination

You may stop using our services and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other members or our team, fail to pay for your subscription, or if we discontinue a service. If we terminate your access for a reason other than a Terms violation, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Upon termination, your access to program content will end. Your assessment results will remain available per our Privacy Policy data retention terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/County].
