Rewire Institute provides neuroscience-informed educational coaching and personal development programs. Our services — including all assessments, courses, group calls, 1:1 coaching sessions, written materials, audio, and video content — are educational in nature.

We are not a licensed therapy practice, medical provider, counseling center, or mental health clinic. Dr. Sarah Choudhary holds a PhD in Data Science and certifications in neuroscience-informed coaching. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Coaches on the Rewire team are trained in the Identity Architect Method™ and are not licensed mental health professionals unless explicitly stated in their individual credentials.

Assessment Disclaimer

The Foundation Assessment, INSCA (Integrated Nervous System & Cognitive Assessment), and any other diagnostic tools provided by Rewire Institute are educational self-awareness tools. They are not clinical instruments, psychological tests, or medical diagnostics.

Your assessment results identify patterns for personal development purposes. They are not a diagnosis of any condition. They should not be used to make medical decisions, and they are not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed professional.

If your results suggest patterns that concern you, or if you are experiencing significant distress, we strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

When to Seek Professional Help

Our coaches are trained to recognize when a client's needs may exceed the scope of coaching. If at any point during your program a coach determines that your situation would be better served by a licensed professional, they will communicate this to you clearly and respectfully. This is not a failure — it is responsible practice.

We may recommend professional support if you are experiencing:

• Active suicidal ideation or self-harm
• Symptoms consistent with severe mental health conditions (psychosis, severe depression, active eating disorders, active substance abuse)
• Acute trauma responses that require clinical intervention
• Situations that require mandated reporting

Neuroscience & Research References

Our programs reference neuroscience research, somatic science, and nervous system theory. These references are used for educational purposes to explain the principles behind our approach. We strive for accuracy and cite established research where possible.

However, the field of neuroscience is evolving. Our interpretations and applications of this research represent our educational approach to coaching, not peer-reviewed clinical claims. We do not claim that our methods have been validated through clinical trials or peer-reviewed studies, unless explicitly stated.
